Raze Custom Homes is a family owned and operated company with over 20 years of construction experience, specializing in high quality spec residential homes.  We have deep roots in the Portland metro area. Growing up in Portland’s unique atmosphere has allowed us to develop a vision for building in Oregon with the highest standards. With each new home built, we are proud and honored to see our new homeowner’s delight in their new space.

Our expert team of contractors, suppliers and design professionals allow us to consistently deliver a home you are proud to own.  We combine the understanding of today’s homebuyers’ wants and needs, with our high standards of home construction.  When possible, we use local vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, as well as energy efficient products and appliances.

We focus on the end result, even at the beginning.  Each home we build is viewed from a new perspective.  Maximizing each lot, we coordinate the build to focus on the home’s unique character and the lot’s potential views.  Our designer looks at each home to find unique and high quality finishes that both compliment the home, provide functionality and efficiency. This comes down to every detail from lighting, to color schemes, to every visible finish. As it all comes together in the final designed home, the end result is beautiful and unique, with no two homes alike.
